An explosion of vaudevillian garage pop for the eternally brokenhearted, Creaky Boards headlines June 2 at Supreme trading.

The Event: Spawn and Die! - The night is being organized as a benefit to send women comics to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and promises ample chaotic fun. There will be a Ladies Arm Wrestling Competition, as well as real Mexican wrestlers performing live. Chelsea Brewing Company will be providing unlimited free beer for all attendants, as is PBR. The evening will also include many thrills from spectacular New York bands, including festive favorites The Hungry Marching Band, and Frances, who the L Magazine just named one of the top eight New York bands to watch in 2007.
