Chin Up Chin Up / Oxford Collape - Grasslands

Kick ass show alert!

One of my absolute favorite bands: Chin Up Chin Up

A band I'm starting to like a whole lot: Oxford Collapse

Together. At Grasslands in Brooklyn. Sat Oct 7.

Almost as great a pairing of bands as Bound Stems / Maritime at Mercury Lounge.

I recently was exposed to Oxford Collapse's new album, Remember The Night Parties. It is fantastic. Be on the lookout for glowing praise from all corners of the net.

I think the place is Glass House Gallery or Glass Land Gallery not Grasslands. It is listed as 289 Kent Ave., Williamsburg. I went there one time for Awesome Color and it was hard to find but definitely on Kent.

I was thinking they meant Glasshouse Gallery. But with the Union Hall / Union Pool new venue similar name thing, I figured I'd wait and see.
