Thievery Corporation's The Cosmic Game just squeaked into my favorite albums of 2005. In retrospect, it probably deserved to be higher on the list. I've been patiently waiting for NYC dates and to the best of my knowledge, they have not been to NYC in a while. Well here they come. Two shows at Webster Hall. Thievery Corporation announces NYC shows!

Thievery Corporation is happy to announce their only NYC live shows of 2006! The shows are Sept. 24th and 25th at Webster Hall in New York City. Just for you, our fans, there is a pre-sale that begins TODAY, August 2nd at 12 noon EST so that you can get your tickets prior to the public on sale date of Saturday, August 5th. These shows will be with Thieverys full band of percussionists, sitar, horns, and a myriad of vocalists.
