Bridges and Powerlines, Square Wave, Lisps

Recently I posted a track off of Bridges and Powerlines newly completed LP, that apparently has been named Ghost Types. Now this week they have posted three more tracks on their Myspace and they are also excellent. Can't wait to hear the rest of the album, which unfortunately will not be available until '08, but these tracks are definitely keeping me happy for now. The band have a busy September starting next Sat with the next Hot Rocks! party. After that they hit the road for a mini-tour that ends at Lit Lounge on Sat Sept 29. Here are all the dates:

Speaking of Square Wave Punch, I meant to post a heads up yesterday about the great cross poll show that Underrated Rachael curated @ Pianos last night, featuring Square Wave Punch and another one of my favs, The Lisps, but wasn't able to. Wish I could have gone to that one, which I'm sure was a lot of fun. Square Wave Punch also have a show TOMORROW NIGHT @ Matchless. Set times:

As for The Lisps, they will be playing at Hudson River Park on Tues Sept 25 w/ Agent Ribbons. Also, some news:

So after a very intense summer of recording, we Lisps have emerged from the woods with a brand new album! Thirteen tracks of Lispy madness!

We finished mixing last night and are super excited.
It won't be in the shrink wrap till october but we've posted 3 new mp3s.

Also we've set the the live recording of documents as downloadable so grab it before it goes away.
